Fun factory comedian, Herbert ‘Mendo’ Ssengujja also known as Sevo is one of the few comedians in the world that have mimicked a living president.
The 33-year-old comedian, who has been playing this role since 2001 up to date, told our source in a recent interview that feels excited to mimic the president and has never at any point been scared to do it.. “I don’t feel scared for what I do, I act satire, and he loves what I do. My comedy isn’t meant to put him down but to bring out the funny part of him,” Ssegujja said.

He also noted that it would be a big setback in his career if he is ever stopped from mimicking President Museveni.
“It would give me hard time when he told me to stop mimicking him. One of my characters would have died,” he stated. As a way of appreciating his work, President Museveni sponsored Ssegujja to attend the American Comedy academy in New York, making him a professional comedian.
